A general agreement that explains how SeniorTC operates, what services are provided, what is not included, how bookings work, payment expectations, and the rules clients agree to when using the service.

LIABILITY WAIVER

A document where families acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree that SeniorTC is not responsible for medical issues, injuries, airline delays, or events outside the companion’s control.

PRIVACY POLICY

Describes how SeniorTC collects, stores, and protects personal information from clients, including contact details and travel information.

SPIS DATA POLICY

A specialized privacy statement for the Senior Profile Information System (SPIS). It explains what data is stored (medical, mobility, travel preferences), who can access it, and how it is protected.

EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION FORM

Allows companions to contact emergency services, notify family members, and share necessary SPIS information with medical staff during an emergency.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

A formal contract outlining the exact services provided during travel, the responsibilities of the companion, what the family is responsible for, and the scope of support.

COMPANION CODE OF CONDUCT

A set of professional standards and behavior guidelines for all SeniorTC companions, including safety rules, communication expectations, confidentiality, and professionalism.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Explains how cancellations work, when refunds apply, deadlines for canceling, and how travel‑related costs are handled.
